Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of J&G All One Construction LLC services. By using our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.

2. Services Offered

J&G All One Construction LLC offers construction and remodeling services that include but are not limited to:

  • Interior remodeling
  • Maintenance and repair services
  • Exterior work
  • Floor and door installation
  • Interior and exterior painting

3. Client Obligations

The client commits to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the project
  • Allow access to work areas during agreed hours
  • Make payments according to established terms
  • Communicate any changes or concerns in a timely manner

4. Payment Terms

Payments will be made as follows:

  • A 30% initial deposit at project start
  • Partial payments according to project milestones
  • Final payment upon satisfactory completion of work
  • Payments must be made within 5 business days of invoicing

5. Warranty

We offer warranty on our work for a period of 1 year for workmanship defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or external factors.

6. Limitation of Liability

J&G All One Construction LLC will not be responsible for:

  • Delays caused by adverse weather conditions
  • Pre-existing problems on the property
  • Damage to personal property not properly protected
  • Additional costs for changes requested by the client

7. Contract Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with:

  • Written notice with 7 days advance notice
  • Payment for services completed to date
  • Refund of deposits for work not performed

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Sarasota County.
